Releasing three new designs monthly
We always lay emphasis on new product development and reinvest 20 percent of our income in R&D each year. Our 12 R&D staff, each with at least three years of experience in LED industry, release three new designs every month. We have obtained five patents for our innovative designs. With our 500-square-meter molding factory, we can turn your specifications into a new sample in one month.
Using chips from the US and Korea
To ensure our quality, we source chips from Gree in the US and other suppliers in Korea, which have worked with us for 10 years. And our QC staff conduct strict inspections including aging, impact and shock tests. All our products carry CE and UL marks and comply with the RoHS Directive. We even offer a one-year quality warranty.
Large monthly capacity
Our ISO 9001:2000-certified, 2,000-square-meter factory houses five automatic production lines. We have a monthly capacity of 500,000 dot-matrix modules, 200,000 LED spotlights and 30,000 meters of LED bars. Over 80 percent of our output is for export, bringing us annual sales of $3 million last year.
